Well, in a travel vlog, you see a person going to new places.
That might give you some ideas about new places that you can see.

We can ask this question if we want to know what things are in the book or in
the movie.
Sometimes people ask me if I want to go see a movie with them.
I usually ask what it's about to decide if I want to go see it or not.
Yes, most people don't read things or watch things that they don't know anything
about.
That's why we ask this question a lot.

I think you understand asking what something is about.
