Part 1 Warming-up
1) Preparing ----Do some chants. Ask & answer : The weather & the day.
2) Sing the song together. ‘Do Re Mi ‘
3) Ask them ‘What’s the color of ‘Do’?’ change some notes, ask several times.
< Introduce ‘The incredibles’ Show the picture of the father in it. Play Part I of the movie. Put daddy’s picture on the blackboard. >
Part 2 Presentation
(When they see the movie, take off the cards off-----Do Re Me…)
1) Asking about ‘What color of daddy’s car?’ (It’s blue.) Take out the picture of ‘shelf’. Ask them ‘What color is it?’ (It’s blue, too.) ‘Do you know what is this?’ Tell them it’s called ‘shelf’. Then introduce all the objects we are going to learn. Write them on the blackboard one by one. (Draw a wall.) Spelling together.
2) Pretend to forgot which one should match it own words. Ask a student come to the front, put them into right places. Praise him with smiling face. J
3) Guessing. Mimi the objects, describe their uses. Let them say out the words, eraser them one by one during the process. Then pretend to forget the spelling again. Call 6 students come on and do the spelling. Whiling they do the work, we sing an other song together. ‘ Head and shoulders.’ When they finished, check& correct together. Praise them with the Part 2 of movie.
(Whiling they see the movie, take off all the letters from blackboard.)
4) ‘This is my room.’ ‘ I like the red bed.’ ‘I like the purple curtain.’…
Then finished the home design. Ask them whether it is beautiful or not.
Tell them I want them to say:’ I like the + color + object.’ Then change the colors and objects in turn. First say the sentences together, then pick up some students to say the sentence, finally we do the work in pairs. Ask them to play the show. Praise them two with smiling faces.
5) Show the flesh. Ask several students to say the sentences as it showed on screen. Praise them with smiling faces. Then choose the colorful objects together till we finish the room design. Praise them.
< Introduce the mummy to them. Hang on her picture on the blackboard. Show Part 3 of the movie. >
< Whiling they see the movie, see the time. If there still left about 15’,take out the small blackboard. >
Part 3 The end
1) Ask two students come to the blackboard, other students take out their exercise books. Write two sentences as they like. ‘ I like the + color + object.’ Check & correct. Praise them with smiling faces.
2) Ask them put their own smiling faces onto the blackboard. See which group is the winner.
3) See the last part of the movie.
4) Homework for today.
