《Reading:Little White Lies》教师自我反思 北京师范大学南山附属学校 胡易思 Various teaching methods like tasked-based approach, situational teaching method and multi- modal teaching method were adopted in the process of my teaching. They were to arouse students’ in connecting real-life experience with the textbook so that students can apply what they have learnt in class into practical situation. Most students took an active part in classroom activities and shared their brilliant ideas which really lit up my mind. The class successfully raised students’ awareness of being honest and also taught them to think of things from different perspectives, that is, creative thinking and divergent thinking. Students answered the teacher’s questions by raising hands or responding together. The questions were designed, based on students’ cognition level, to intrigue their interests and left much room for them to explore more possibilities.
