阅读课教学设计——3AM2Unit6 Me 王丹,深圳市南山区第二外国语学校(集团)大磡小学 【教学材料】 上海教育出版社 深圳牛津英语 【教材分析】 本模块主题为My family, my friends and me, 是基于 1A、2A Module2主题和语言知 识点的复现和进一步升级。主要表现在: 1.本单元中使用到的身体部位单词 eye, ear, nose, mouth, face, hair分别在 1A Unit3和 2AUnit6中出现过。 2.对身体部位进行描述的形容词 big, long, small在 2AUnit2和Unit6中出现过。 3.本单元的重点句型My...is..., My...are...是 2AUnit6的重点句型。 4.本单元是第二模块的最后一个单元, Listen and say栏目中出现的单词 short, thin 在Unit4中学过。 由此可见,本单元具有复习整合的功能。通过前面两个课时的学习,学生认识了表 示五官的单词,并且掌握了如何用一般疑问句向他人询问。在第三课时的教学中,首 先复习第一、二课时所学的知识,包括表示五官的单词和介绍自己的句型 My...is/are... 等。 【学情分析】 本单元的教学对象为三年级的学生。三年级学生的年龄在九至十岁,活泼好动, 擅长直观形象思维,有着极强的求知欲和表现欲,对表演、游戏、竞赛、画画特别感 兴趣。经过两年的英语学习,学生在英语听说方面有了一定的基础,大部分学生对英 语有着浓厚的兴趣。但他们对正确书写英文仍不熟悉,仍然无法长时间集中注意力。 针对这样的情况,教学设计时首相应注意利用学生爱表演、爱游戏的特点,将娱乐、 游戏和语言学习结合起来。其次应创设较为真实的语境,通过不同层次、不同技能的 实践、体验、交际活动,让学生在“做中学,用中学”的过程中学习语言、运用语言。 最后还应注意要通过听、说、演、唱、做、画、读、写等多种活动形式,发挥学生的 不同特长,实现学生语言技能和多元智能发展的双重目的。 【教学目标】 1.能熟练运用句型My...is/are...描述动物的外形,并将不同的动物进行对比。 2.能运用Are you...?向他人询问相关信息。 3.能根据不同的情境编对话,并能演一演。 【教学重难点】 1.教学重点 能准确运用句型 My...is/are...及单、复数搭配;学习句型 Are you...?及其回答 Yes./No.借助图片与关键词复述故事。 2.教学难点 在特定的情境下编对话,并把故事生动地表演出来。 【教学用具】 PPT,图片,词卡,学习单 【教学过程】 Steps Teacher’s Activities Students’ Activities Justifications 1.Warm- up and lead-in ① Greet Ss and introduce the class rules. ② Sing a song:My Eyes Nose Mouth Ears ③ Free talk: Let students talk about themselves. Know about the class rules and review the words and sentences. Ss get familiar with the class rules and review the words and sentences. 2.Pre- reading ① Play the recording and raise two questions:“What’s it? What’s his name? ” ② Show the picture of Mimi’s tail and let Ss imitate the intonation ① Talk about what they hear (a cat named Mimi) and see (tail, cat, etc.). ② Read after the teacher and talk about some animals’ tail. ① Know about the background information and the leading character of the story -Mimi. ② Learn the new word tail. 3.While- reading ① Play the recording and inspire Ss to guess why Mimi is not happy and who does he see. ② Play the recording and encourage Ss to read loudly. ③ Learn the story in details: Picture 1: Ask Ss to circle the differences between Mimi and the rabbit and talk about their differences. Picture 2: Ask Ss to circle the differences between Mimi and the dog and talk about their differences. Picture 3: Ask Ss to circle the differences between Mimi and the mouse and talk about their differences. Guide Ss to guess who’s Mimi going to meet next and act it out in pairs. Play the recording and show the ending of the story. ① Watch the video and try to find out the reasons why Mimi is not happy and who does he see. ② Read after the video and get familiar with the story of Mimi. ③ Circle the differences between Mimi and the rabbit and act it out. Circle the differences between Mimi and the dog and act it out. Circle the differences between Mimi and the mouse and act it out. Ss discuss who’s Mimi going to meet next in groups and act it out with their partner. Ss watch the video and imitate Mimi’s intonation Ss act the story out group by group. ① 1st learning of the text) To perceive the story holistically and get to know about Mimi. ② (2nd learning of the text) Experience the feelings of Mimi and have a general understanding of the story. ③ (3rd learning of the text) Internalize the text, and lay the foundation for the retelling part.
